Construction, Design and Management Awareness

 

1 Day Course

Compliant with the 2015 CDM Regulations

Fire Safety for managers

1 Day Course (7 hours)

The Fire safety and implications course looks more widely at the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the implications for the responsible person and their duties to prevent fire, protect the environment and be responsible for control of the premises.  Additionally the course looks at undertaking a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment, keeping and maintaining records and organising emergency evacuations.

Fire Safety Awareness

2 Hour Course

This two hour course has been specifically designed to reduce the risk of fire through the promotion of fire safety awareness and basic fire training for care workers. This course is designed for persons who may have to use phased or horizontal evacuation and maybe required to use a fire extinguisher whilst at work. This course will provide all candidates with greater fire safety awareness and is designed to increase their confidence in the action to take in case of a fire occurring.

Staff will gain a greater awareness of the risks of fire and will have more confidence to deal with a fire situation.
